Our fees are contingent on the outcome of the case, which means we don’t get paid until we produce some real results for you. Our clients have the option of paying hourly fees, but rarely chose to do so.

Brian Scott, Jay Kinney, Daniel Fjelstad and James Grutz (of counsel) have been partners for years and have over 80 years of combined legal experience. Our associates Donna Mack and Rachel Scott bring additional energy and fresh perspectives to our firm. The firm traces its roots back to the 1950s, when it was began by Roy Jackson, Thor Ulvestad and Daniel Goodwin. One of our strengths is the collected experience passed down to the current generation.

We are on the side of workers and citizens – individuals, not corporations. If we determine at our initial consultation that your issues are relatively simple, we let you know the steps you can take to resolve your problem without an attorney. If we determine that you are better off with another firm for some reason, we will refer you to the appropriate attorneys. Whether we accept your case, refer you to someone else, or recommend resolution without legal counsel, we provide valuable information to everyone who brings their legal concerns to us.
