Daniel Fjelstad was born in Seward, Alaska in 1960. He received his B.A. magna cum laude from Pacific Lutheran University in 1982 and received his J.D. with honors from the University of Washington in 1988. While at the University of Washington, he was executive editor of the Washington Law Review from 1987 - 1988 and is author of "The National Labor Relations Act and Undocumented Workers: NLRB v. Local 512 After the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986," (62 Washington Law Review 595, 1987). Daniel is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. He practices worker's compensation, personal injury, disability and employment law.
